Machine description

The electric steam generator for industrial cleaning is used for the
cleaning and disinfecting of any object in an easy and ecological
way, also in the most difficult points with or without detergents.
This type of generator produces dry and oversaturated steam at
a pressure of 10 bar at a temperature of 180°C.
Safety devices
The following safety devices have been assembled on the machine,
in order to protect the operator from any possible accident caused
by the contact with the moving mechanical parts, the machine hot
parts and components or electric wires:

1 - No. 1 protection interlocked by the main switch, covering
the control panel components.
2 - No. 2 fixed protections on the right side.
3 - No. 1 fixed protection on the left side.
4 - No. 1 fixed rear protection.
5 - No. 1 movable upper protection.
WARNING
The builder has provided the machine with safety devices to protect
the operator while performing his tasks.
During the machine functioning, the safety devices must not
be removed for any reason at all.
The operators, although skilled, must comply with the
instructions and the warnings contained in this handbook.

WARNING ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL RISKS
The following warning plates are applied to the machine:
- a warning label obligating the operator to consult the operating manual before using the machine.
- a warning label relative to the risk of electrocution;
- a warning label prohibiting personnel from touching equipment under voltage;
- a warning label prohibiting personnel from using water to put out fires on electrical equipment;
- a warning label obligating the operator to check the efficiency of the safety protection measures before starting up the
machine;
- a warning label relative to the danger of the tank under pressure;
- a warning label relative to the danger of heat - steam emissions;
