The hot air gun has been designed to carry out paint/
material residue, welding on plastic pipes in both
commercial and industrial environments. This is a portable
power tool, suitable for running through mains power.
The air temperature can be adjusted to suit a wide range of
uses.
1st speed:
▪ Cooling of the nozzles;
▪ Cooling of the hot air gun.
2nd speed:
▪ Drying of paints and varnishes;
▪ Removal of stickers and vinyl;
▪ Waxing and Dewaxing;
▪ Heat shrink insulation;
▪ Thaw frozen pipes.
3rd speed:
▪ Fusion of plastics;
▪ Bending of plastic pipes;
▪ Loosen rusty nuts and bolts;
▪ Removal of paints and varnishes;
▪ Fusion of pipe fittings.
Reduction nozzle (5)
Insulation with heat shrink sleeve. Concentrates the heat in
a smaller area.
Scraper nozzle (6)
Protects the windows when removing the frames.
Surface nozzle (7)
Drying of paints and varnishes. Spreads the heat over a
wider area.
Reflector nozzle (8)
Bending of plastic pipes.
To start the hot air gun, turn the ON/OFF switch (4) to one
of the three speeds. Some smoke may be released during
this process, but this does not mean that there is a
problem.
To switch off, run the hot air gun at first speed for a few
minutes so that it can cool down before switching off and
storing.
Whenever any repair or replacement of accessories is
required, the power cord must be unplugged, and the
machine left to cool down.
Regular maintenance ensures that the machine is used
normally and operated in compliance with safety
requirements.
You must perform regular checks, particularly on the
ON/OFF
switch,
earthing,
connections.
The packaging is made up of recyclable materials,
which you can dispose on local recycling points.

waste!
According to the European Directive 2012/19/EC on
electrical and electronic equipment waste (WEEE) and its
transposition into national law, power tools must be
collected separately and delivered to the collection sites
provided for this purpose.
