Machine Assembly

To prevent serious injury, proper assembly of the No.
122 Copper Cutting and Prep Machine is required.
The following procedures should be followed:
Make sure machine is unplugged from

power source before assembling accessories or making
any adjustments.
Fitting Brushes and Holder
1. Mount the fitting brush holder to No. 122 Copper
Cutting and Prep Machine by using the two Phillips
head screws provided with the rack (Figure 2). Use
the two pre-drilled holes to fasten the rack to the
side of the housing.
2. Attach the quick change adapter (Figure 2) to front
roller shaft extending from the machine housing using
the set screw provided. Use Allen wrench to tighten
screw onto the flat on the shaft.
Outside Debur Disk
(Optional Accessory)
1. Outside deburring disk must be mounted at the back
of the outside tube brush (Figure 3).
2. To remove brush, hold shaft stationary by gripping flat
located near the surface of the housing.

" nut and washer from the shaft.

4. Remove the brush and spacer (Figure 3).
5. With the model number F-4697 (stamped on the
side of the deburring disk) facing towards the
machine housing, slide deburring disk onto the shaft
and replace the brush. Spacer is not needed when
disk is installed.
