cautions and warnings included in the shop manual. Read and follow all instructions carefully. This product is only designed to function properly on
specific vehicle applications. Please verify that the vehicle requirements match the product specifications and application notes for this part.
STEP 12: Rotate adjusting sleeve to match length
of original tie rod. Equal amounts of thread must be
engaged on both sides of adjusting sleeve. Do not
tighten adjusting sleeve collars at this time.
STEP 13: Install track bar relocation bracket onto
OEM track bar mounting area using supplied
M12 x 45 mm bolt. Create a flush mounting surface
between both brackets. It may be necessary to
remove flashing, debris, or heavy corrosion from the
track bar mounting area to achieve a flush fit. Tighten
M12 bolt to 65 ft-lbs. NOTE: If track bar removed
from vehicle was not OEM design utilizing a tapered
stud, mounting hole diameter must be checked
prior to installation. If top side of mounting hole
exceeds 9/16" (14.3 mm) diameter, consult a certified
technician for modified installation instructions.
