9. Slide the puck (11) into the guide rail of the type SPC Lite positioner.

10. Push the type SPC Lite positioner (13) onto the actuator (1).
11. Push the type SPC Lite positioner (13) onto the actuator (1) without rotating it until no gap is visible at the molded seal (10).

12. Fasten the type SPC Lite positioner to the actuator using the two lateral fixing screws (14). Tighten the screws only slightly (ma-
ximum tightening torque: 1.5 Nm).
CAUTION!
Secure the screw connections!
Powerful forces or vibrations can cause screw connections to loosen. This may result in injury or property damage.
► The use of Loctite 290 is recommended for all screwed joints.
► Check screw joints regularly.
CAUTION!
Install puck correctly!
To avoid material damage and to ensure proper functioning, the puck must be installed correctly.
► The puck must be correctly assembled and rest in the guide rail during assembly.
CAUTION!
Incorrect adapter size!
To avoid material damage, the components must be compatible.
► The type SPC Lite positioner must be compatible with valve (type and dimension), as well as the adapter.
CAUTION!
Damage or functional failure due to ingress of dirt and moisture!
Prevent ingress of dirt and moisture.
► Tighten fixing screws with max. tightening torque of 1.5 Nm to comply with protection rating IP65 /IP67.
► Check sealing points.
