4. After connecting, the downloaded music file cannot be recognized.
At present, some wires on the market have no data function and are only for charging. Please use the original
USB cable for connection.
5. When plugging or unplugging the recorder when connected to the computer,
it will cause an abnormality on the computer side.
It is mainly caused by plugging and unplugging the USB during file transfer, so it is recommended that the user do
not disconnect the connection during transmission to avoid abnormalities on the computer side.
6. The total memory display in the recorder is inconsistent with the actual nominal.
The recorder needs part of the memory space to store system programs and display fonts and so on, so the total
memory you see is smaller than the actual nominal.
7. Why some songs cannot be played normally in the recorder.
Please confirm that the format of the song meets the range supported by the recorder, and the song is no
compression coding problem and file damage.
