TROUBLESHOOTING
The watch does not turn on. Charge the device for a few minutes.
If the watch does not charge, check the USB cable and charger.
The watch is not detected by the smartphone. Make sure that BT
is activated on your smartphone. Make sure the watch is not
connected to another smartphone.
Lost connection with smartphone. Give the application permission
to run in the background and remove any restrictions.
REGULATIONS FOR SAFE USE
Do not press the screen with sharp objects or apply too much
pressure. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the unit yourself.
Do not drop, throw or bend the device. To avoid injury, do not use a
watch with cracks or other flaws. Clean with a dry or slightly damp
cloth only after turning off the device and disconnecting it from the
power supply.
WARRANTY TERMS
The warranty period is 2 years from the moment of purchase unless
otherwise specified by local law. The service life equals the warranty
period.
