Position
Switch on the unit
If you have set up the unit correctly and ready for
operation as described in the chapter Commissioning,
you can now switch it on.
Setting the heating level
You can select between heating level 1 and heating
level 2 with the function knob
» Position : Heating level 1 (1000 W)
» Position : Heating level 2 (2000 W)

To set the stepless control dial
stat to the desired room temperature, please proceed
as follows:
1. Set the control dial
2. Let the unit run until the desired room tempera-
ture is reached.
3. Slowly turn the control dial
hear a click. The heating element now switches
off. However, the fan continues to run because it
is not coupled to the room thermostat.
The unit now regulates the room temperature auto-
matically via the room thermostat by automatically
switching off the heating element when the set tem-
perature is exceeded and switching it back on again
when the temperature falls below the set temperature.
For this purpose, heating level 1 or 2 must be set on the
function controller .

Note
The desired room temperature should be higher than
the current room temperature.
Switch off the unit
1. Set the stepless control knob
thermostat to min.
2. Switch off the appliance by setting the function
control to 0.

3. Unplug the mains cable from the mains socket.
4. Let the unit cool down completely.
