Problem
Machine does not turn on.
Dispensing buttons are off.
The machine makes a strange
noise.
Machine does not dispense.
The light are on but no coffee
comes out.
Coffee is dispensed only in drops
or not correctly dispensed.
Water spills out the drip tray.
There are signs of water at the
bottom of machine.
A slight hiss can be heard after
the coffee has been released.
Machine blocked.
The capsule insertion handle will
not open.

table, contact the nearest authorised service centre.

Troubleshooting
Possible causes
Machine not connected to the
mains.
Electrical problem.
Coffee dispenser blocked.
High water level in the tray.
Carry out a pour operation while
the machine is empty.
Solution
Connect the machine to the mains.
Make sure that the rating values
match the mains rating.
Check that there is water in the tank
❾.
Make sure that the handle ❶ is to-
tally closed and check the water lev-
el in the tank ❾.
The capsule inserted may be faulty.
Wait for a few seconds than try again
with a new capsule.
Carry out a washing cycle for the cof-
fee dispenser.
Empty the tray and resume regular
operation.
Make sure that the tank ❾ has been
filled correctly into position.
This is not a fault, but normal setting
of the pressure control valve.
If the problem persists, please con-
tact your nearest assistance centre.
