ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
4. Connect wires as shown – black to black, white to
white, and bare wire to green using approved wire
connectors (not provided). If the junction box (not
included) does not have a ground wire, connect
bare ground wire to the ground screw on junction
box. NEVER connect ground wire to black or
white power supply lines.
5. Insert two 8/32 in. screws (not provided) through
appropriate opening in mounting plate and
swivel bar (A) and secure to outlet/junction box.
6. Position fixture (C) over 1 in. screws (DD) and
secure with thumbs nuts (EE).
