Induction cooking principle
This appliance operates with electromagnetic induction technology. The electrical cu-
rrent generates variable magnetic fields after passing through the coil. The current is
generated when the magnetic field is inducted in the bottom of the recipiente. A large
amount of thermal energy heats the bottom quickly, allowing to cook with a 94,36%
thermal efficiency.
Suggested cookware
Always use cookware made of cast iron, enameled iron, cast steel or stainless steel
with 12 to 26cm flat base.
Avoid using heat resistant glass recipients, ceramic recipients or cookware made of
copper or aluminum, with curved base or thickness less than 12cm.
Operation
Please an appropiate cookware on the center of the appliance's surface.
Plug the power cord on a suitable electrical outlet. The light indicator will turn on and the
appliance will be activated on stand-by mode.
Press the ENCENDER / APAGAR button to turn on the appliance.
Press the POTENCIA button to adjust the cooking power. You can increase or decrease
the cooking power by pressing the "+" and "-" respectively (200W - 2000W).
Press the TEMPORIZADOR button to establish the cooking time betwee 1 minute and 3
hours.
