MEASURING CONCENTRATION BY
STANDARDS
Calculates the sample concentration measuring the absorbance and
applying a pre-introduced concentration factor. Manually select the
appropriate wavelength filter. To get good precision, use the same type
of flask with distilled water to made the blank.

4.5 MEASURING ABSORBANCE IN CONTINUOUS
READING
Continuous reading of the absorbance value of a sample every 4 times
per second. Manually select the appropiate filter.

4.6 ENTERING A CORRECTION FACTOR
This menu allows the user to enter a correction factor that is applied to
the absorbance reading. The default value is 1.00. The value needs to
be between 0.8 to 1.2.
Entering this factor is specially useful for repetitive samples whereby an
adjustement is required by a standard.
