Unit storage
1. Unscrew the drainage cover, unplug the water plug and discharge the water inside
the unit.
2. Turn on the device, adjust it to low fan mode and maintain this state until the
drainage pipe is dry.
3. Turn off the device, unplug the power plug and wrap the power cable around the
wrapping post. Install the water plug and the drainage cover.
4. Remove the exhaust pipe and store it properly.
5. Cover the air conditioner with a plastic bag. Store the air conditioner in a dry place
and keep it out of the reach of children.
6. Remove the batteries from the remote control and store them properly.
Protection functions
1. Frost Protection Function
In cooling mode, if the temperature of the *EVA pipe sensor is too low, the device
will automatically enter the protection mode. If the temperature of the EVA pipe
sensor rises to a certain temperature, the device can automatically reverts to
normal operation.
* The EVA pipe sensor will help to detect the system temperature on the evaporator,
with the purpose of achieving low temperature frost protection and high
temperature protection.
2. Overflow Protection Function
If the water in the water pan exceeds the warning level, the device will
automatically sound an alarm, and the Water Full indicator will flash. At this point,
you need to drain the water (details see Drainage Instructions at the end of this
chapter). After the water is drained, the device will go into standby mode.
3. Compressor Protection Function
To increase the service life of the compressor, it has a 3 minute start-up delay
protection function after the compressor has been turned off.
