INSTRUCTIONS ON ASSEMBLY AND USE
EN
STEP 3: ASSEMBLING THE FRAME PADDING (Fig. 3.1 – 3.4)
a) Place the frame padding (2) towards the trampoline, so that the coil springs
and the steel frame are covered. Make sure that the frame padding covers all
metal parts. Place the elastic drawstrings so that every other string is led over
a leg socket.
b) First fasten the drawstrings at the back of the leg sockets. (Fig. 3.2)
c) Tighten the elastic drawstrings that are not positioned over a leg socket (Fig.
3.3), so that the frame padding covers the frame. Knot the two ends together.
d) Knot the tether (14) on a eyelet of the spring mat. Then thread it as shown al-
ternately through the eyelet of the spring mat and through the safety net (12).
(Fig. 3.4) The tensioning cable is divided into several parts for easy assembly.
Pay attention to a complete assembly. When you get back to the starting
eyelet, knot the end again.
STEP 4: ASSEMBLY OF THE NET RODS (Fig. 4.1 & Fig. 4.2)
Follow the assembly steps in Fig. 4.1 and 4.2. Ensure that the screw connec-
tion is fastened hand tight. Ensure that the foam tube is positioned above the
trampoline frame.
STEP 5: SUSPENDING OF THE NET (Fig. 5).
Attach the safety net (12) as shown with the network loops (18) at the tube end
caps (11). Ensure that the bracket of the tube end cap is facing outwards.
STEP 6: FASTENING THE NET (Fig. 6)
Pull the net under the frame together with the cord ends at the entry. Tie the
cord ends.
STEP 7: ALIGNING THE SAFETY NET (Fig. 7)
Pull the zipper of the safety net (12), which must lie between two leg sockets of
the trampoline, at the inlet closed and then release the two latches into place.
STEP 8: ASSEMBLY OF THE LADDER (Fig. 8)
Assemble the ladder as shown in the figure at the entrance of the safety fence.
Make sure that it stands firmly on the ground.
IMPORTANT WARNING! All snap closures must be once again clamped secu-
rely so that the safety net becomes taut. If the safety net is not taut, it cannot
complete its function as designed. You should as a final step, tighten all nuts and
check for the secure connection of the quick-release locks.
MOVING THE TRAMPOLINE
In order to move the trampoline you should have as many helpers as the tram-
poline has feet. Prior to lifting, all used fasteners (pegs, etc.) should be removed.
Caution! Due to the spring tension there is a possible risk that the frame can
be twisted into a figure „8" as a result of uneven lifting! You and your helpers
should therefore be respectively positioned between two feet of the trampoline
and you should then all lift the trampoline at the same time. Lift the trampo-
line off the ground slightly and keep it horizontal with the floor. To move the
trampoline in a different way, disassemble it completely. To disassemble, follow
instructions for assembly backwards.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
Use a dry or damp cloth only to clean the product; do not use special cleaning
agents! Check the product for damage or traces of wear and tear before and
after each use. Do not make any structural changes. For your own safety, please
use original spare parts only. These can be sourced from HUDORA. If parts
become damaged or if sharp edges or corners should develop, the product may
not be used any more. If in any doubt, please contact our service team (http://
www.hudora.de/). Store the product in a safe place where it is protected from
the elements, cannot be damaged, and cannot injure anyone.
• Check that jumping mat, side padding and enclosure are without defects and
can withstand load. Sunlight, rain, snow and extreme temperatures will make
these parts loose strength. Replace jumping mat, side padding and enclosure
after 36 month use.
• Check the product regularly - especially before and after use! - for damage
and wear marks. Not servicing the product regularly can lead to dangerous
consequences for the user.
• Verify prior to each use that the trampoline mat is not worn and parts are
not loose or missing. In particular, check all spring and bolt connections and
tighten them if necessary, so that they do not loosen during use.
