Preparation and service
DEVICE PLACEMENT
Keep the device away from any hot surfaces. Remember that the air pressure in the
chambers does not exceed the recommended range. Use the inflatable boat only in
accordance with its intended use and design category!
3.2.1 ASSEMBLY OF THE DEVICE
IMPORTANT: before assembly, make sure that the surface on which the inflatable
boat will be mounted is free of any sharp objects or edges that could damage its
sheathing.
a) Take the inflatable boat out of its packaging and unfold it flat.
b) Inflate the boat, but not completely, just enough to insert the bottom panels
comfortably.
c)
Carefully slide the stiffening bottom panels into the special holders at the
bottom of the pontoon - only for MSW-MIB-300 and MSW-MIB-270 models.
The MSW-MIB-230 model has an inflatable bottom.
d) After installing the bottom panels, attach the seat(s) to the rails on the inside
of the sides.
e) Completely inflate all chambers one after the other. The pump included allows
you to pump efficiently and safely without the risk of damaging the inflatable
boat.
ATTENTION: do not use compressed air for pumping, e.g. a compressor. The
inflatable boat air valves are factory set to the open position.
To inflate the air chambers, remove their nuts. Then (with the air valve closed)
press the spring-loaded valve and turn it 90
connect the appropriate end of the hose with the valve and the other end with
the air outlet ("OUTLET") in the pump.
