5.6 Turning tool holder
For better accessibility in tight spaces, you can set the tool holder to
different angles.
1. Slacken the screw at the tool holder.
2. Remove the tool holder and turn it to the desired angle.
3. Re-install the tool holder on the product.
Make sure that the recesses and the grooves are aligned.
4. Re-tighten the screw to secure the tool holder.
6 Operation
Observe the safety instructions and warnings in this documentation and on
the product.
6.1 Selecting mode
▶ Repeatedly press the mode selector until the mode indicator shows the
speed stage you want to use.
6.2 Setting forward or reverse rotation
▶ Set the forward/reverse switch to the desired direction of rotation.
▶ The control switch is locked when the forward/reverse switch is in the
middle position (switch-on interlock). An interlock prevents switching
while the motor is running.
6.3 Switching on and off
1. Press the control switch.
▶ The product starts.
• Speed can be controlled steplessly by varying how far the control
switch is pressed in.
• In sustained operation, the product switches itself off automati-
cally after 5 minutes. Pressing the control switch again restarts
the product.
2. Release the control switch.
▶ The product switches off.
