INTRODUCTION
This appliance should only be used for the purpose for which it has been made, that is, for keeping pre-cooked food warm
for a short time exclusively during the distribution period. Any other use (such as cooking foods or their long-term conserva-
tion) is to be considered inappropriate.
Operating performance depends on:
- ambient conditions (e.g. relative humidity, room temperature) where the appliance is located;
- quantity and arrangement of foods in the appliance;
- number of openings of the sliding doors (if present) which are to be opened only at the moment of serving;

TURNING ON AND USING THE DISPLAY CASE

Turn on the protection switch installed up the line from the appliance.

Turn the main switch "2" (fig.6) to position 1 - ON.
DISPLAY CASE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The temperature is controlled by setting the digital thermostat to the desired operating temperature. The temperature is
also maintained by the halogen lamps.
When the appliance is in operation, the digital thermostat will show the temperature trend in the display case. The remote
thermostat range of settings are: from +30°C to +75°C.
