Problem
Device is not working.
The compressor is not
working, the device is
humming.
The compressor runs too
long but there is no
frosting.
Ice forming on the inside
walls of the refrigeration
compartments and
insufficient internal
temperature. The
compressor runs
continuously without
pausing.
There are damp spots
on the housing or on the
door.

Possible cause
The mains plug is
not properly
plugged in.
The voltage supply
is outside the
nominal voltage
range.
The cooling
system is defective
(leak or blockage).
The thermostat
doesn't work.
The stains have
formed due to
condensation.
Action
 Make sure that the mains
plug is properly plugged in.
 Switch off the device
immediately.
 Do not reconnect the device
until the normal power
supply is available.
 If necessary, use a stabiliser
for the voltage.
 Send the device to the
customer service for repair
(see p.103).

soft cloth.
