OPERATION
Unfolding
1. Place the product on levelled ground.
2. Stand behind the product and fold up the handle (1) towards you (Fig. 2).
3. Make sure the handle (1) locks in the upright position with an audible click.
Loading
1. Place the load on the platform (2) and secure it where possible with a safety strap or similar item, particularly if the load protrudes a long way forward over the
loading area or is very high. Make sure that you distribute the load equally.
2. Hold the product securely on the handle (1) while transporting goods.
3. With large, overhanging loads or loads with a high centre of gravity (e.g. above half the height of the handle), the handling of the product can become instable.
Place the load on the product so that the centre of gravity is low and where possible lies on the platform (2). Do not use the product if you are unable to securely
manoeuvre the attached load.
4. Actuate the brake pedal (6) (Fig. 3), while loading and unloading or if the product is not to be used for a longer period.
AFTER USE
1. Place the product on levelled ground.
2. Push down the handle release bar (7) with your foot (Fig. 4). CAUTION! Risk of tipping!
3. Fold down the handle (1) onto the platform (2) while maintaining pressure on the handle release bar (7).
4. Release the handle release bar (7).
5. Actuate the brake pedal (6), if the product is to be stored on wheels.
CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
1. Clean the product with a damp cloth and dry it afterwards.
2. Regularly inspect the condition of product, particularly the wheels and joints.
3. Always use original replacement parts.
4. Spare parts are available from your seller or contact the manufacturer.
5. Ensure the labels and markings on the product remain in good condition. Do not use the product, if the information is unreadable.
6. This product does not contain any parts that can be repaired by the consumer. Contact a qualified specialist to have it checked and repaired.
NOTE: Do not use chemical, alkaline, abrasive or other aggressive detergents or disinfectants to clean this product as they might be harmful to
its surfaces.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
Storage
1. Clean the product as described above.
2. Store the product in a dry, frost-free place. Protect it from any kind of moisture.
3. Always store the product in a place that is inaccessible to children. The ideal storage temperature is between 10°C and 30°C.
4. We recommend using the original package for storage or covering the product with a suitable cloth to protect it against dust.
NOTE: Before using it again, use this instruction manual to check the product for possible wear and damage.
Transportation
1. Disengage the brakes before moving the product. Move the product by its transport handle.
2. Protect the product from any heavy impact or strong vibrations which may occur during transportation in vehicles.
3. Secure the product to prevent it from slipping or falling over.
DISPOSAL
Used products are recyclable materials and therefore do not belong in ordinary household waste! We would therefore like to ask you to support us in the
conservation of resources and the protection of the environment, and hand this product to return sites – where available.
WARRANTY
A statutory warranty applies for this product.
Damages caused by wrong treatment or operation, by false placement or storage, improper connection or installation, as well as force or other external influences
are not covered by this warranty. We recommend careful reading of the operating instructions as it contains important information.
Note:
1. In case this product does not function correctly, please firstly check if there are other reasons, e.g. for electrical appliances interruption of the power supply,
or generally incorrect handling are the cause.
2. Please note that, where possible, the following documents or rather information should be provided together with your faulty product:
- Purchase receipt
- Model description/Type/Brand
- Describe the fault and problem as detailed as possible
In the case of a claim for guarantee or defects, please contact the seller.
