Turn the electrical suction brush and re-
move the housing lid.
Dismantle the brush roller.
Pull out the roller bearing and clean it.
Insert the roller bearing.
Assemble the brush roller. Ensure that
the gears of the toothed belt match with
the cogs.
Replace the housing lid.
Replace the hood and press it evenly
until it locks in.
Troubleshooting
The mechanism for protection against over-
heating switched off the motor when it is
overloaded, for e.g. because the brush roll-
er is blocked.
Pull out the mains plug.
Check the brush roller for impurities and
remove any objects that may be block-
ing its movement.
Allow device to cool down.
Wait for approx. 2 minutes before restarting
the appliance.
