The radio with alarm clock is equipped with a digital display and a telescopic antenna. Adjustable
display options: Temperature (0-50°C/32-122°F), calendar (month, date, day, hour, minute), alarm
time, FM radio, 12/24 hour time display format.
Note on appearance: The front is made of natural material (bamboo) and may therefore have
irregularities in the grain.
Inserting the batteries:
Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the alarm clock. Insert two AAA batteries,
making sure the polarity (+/-) is correct. Close the battery compartment cover.
Display:
By pressing the MODE button, you can access the following functions: ALM (Alarm clock) - RDO
(Radio) - SLP (Sleep mode).
How to set Year, Month, Date, Weekday, Hour, Minute and Hour Time Display Format:
Press the MODE button until the digits start flashing. Press UP/ DOWN to set the, year, month, day,
hours and minutes. Note: You can also press and hold the UP/DOWN button for faster setting. To
save the setting, press the MODE button after each individual entry.
Press UP to change the hour format (12/24h).
Temperature:
Press the DOWN button to change the temperature format (ºC / ºF).
Alarm:
To set the alarm, press the MODE button once until the ALM alarm mode is displayed. Press the
MODE button until the digits start flashing. Press UP/ DOWN to set the alarm time (hour - minute).
Note: You can also press and hold the UP/DOWN button for faster setting. Press the MODE button to
save the settings. Press the UP button to activate the alarm. A symbol (small bell) appears on the
display. Press the UP key again to turn the alarm off. To return to the general display, wait about 20
seconds or press the MODE button three times.
Note: If you want to program the alarm time first and activate the alarm later, to activate it, press the
MODE button once to enter the alarm mode (ALM) and then press the UP button (small bell appears
on the display).
When the alarm rings, press MODE to stop the alarm.
To completely deactivate the alarm, press the MODE button once to enter the alarm mode (ALM) and
press the UP button. The symbol (small bell) will no longer be shown on the display.
Radio Mode:
In this mode, you can set the radio to turn on at a specific time. Press the MODE button twice until
the radio mode (RDO) is displayed. Press the MODE button until the digits start flashing. Press UP/
DOWN to set the power on time (hour - minute). Note: You can also press and hold the UP/DOWN
button for faster setting. Press the MODE button to save the settings.
Press the UP button to activate the power on of the radio. An icon (frequency range) will appear on
the display and the saved radio channel will be displayed (to save a station, see "FM Radio Mode"
below). Press the UP key again to turn off the automatic power on. To return to the general display,
wait about 20 seconds or press the MODE button twice.
Note: If you want to program the power on function first and activate it later, to activate it, press the
MODE button twice to enter the radio mode (RDO) and then press the UP button (frequency appears
in the display).
The radio will turn on at the desired time. Press and hold the RADIO button to turn it off.
To completely disable the radio function, press the MODE button twice to enter the radio mode
(RDO) and press the UP button. The symbol (frequency range) will no longer be shown on the
display.
FM Radio Mode:
Unplug the antenna and press and hold the RADIO button to turn on the radio. To find a specific
radio station, press UP or DOWN. To store a radio station, press the MODE button until the
frequency digits flash. The digits will blink for a few seconds, the station is stored as soon as the
blinking stops. Note: The stored station will be used automatically when you activate the radio mode
(see above). If you change stations in FM radio mode and turn the radio off and on again, the last
(manually) selected station will be displayed (not the stored station).
Press UP or DOWN to change the FM channel and press VOL+/VOL- to adjust the volume. To turn
off the radio, press and hold the RADIO button.
Sleep Mode:
In this mode, you can set the radio to turn off within the next 10 to 90 minutes. Press the MODE
button three times until the SLP sleep mode is displayed. Press the MODE button until the digits start
flashing. Press UP/ DOWN to set the power off time (in 10 to 90 minutes). Note: You can also press
and hold the UP/DOWN button for faster setting. Press the MODE button to save the settings. Press
the UP button to activate the sleep mode. A lettering (SLEEP) appears on the display. Press the UP
key again to switch off the sleep mode. To return to the general display, wait about 20 seconds or
press the MODE button once.
Note: If you want to program the sleep mode first and activate it later, press the MODE button three
times to enter the sleep mode (SLP) and press the UP button to activate it (SLEEP appears in the
display).
To completely deactivate the sleep mode, press the MODE button three times to enter the sleep
mode (SLP) and press the UP button. The symbol (SLEEP) is no longer shown on the display.

in the unit. Clean the product with a dry cloth. Do not use aggressive chemical detergents.
Danger Associated with Batteries
Always replace all batteries. Do not use new and used batteries at the same time. Do not use any different

battery types, brands or batteries with different capacitance. When changing the batteries, check the polarity (+/-).
Take the batteries out of the unit if they are empty or if you do not use the unit for a prolonged period of time.
