SAFETY INFORMATIONS
•
The product must not be used in a potential explosive atmosphere and it is not recommended
to work near a heat source (risk of explosion of the air chambers).
•
It is forbidden to use the product on a boat/ship (stability problem).
•
It is forbidden to use spare parts which have not been certified by us.
•
Do not lift other loads which are not recommended in the use of the pneumatic balloon jack.
•
If you have any doubt about the resistance of the car body (rust) - Do not lift the vehicle.
•
Do not use it in case of important dampness. This product must not be submerged. The
infiltration of water inside the product may damage the product.
•
Do not made any change on the product.
•
Do not use the product if people are inside the vehicle or leaned on it.
•
Do not move or shake the load whilst in position on the jack.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. Packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with
the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information.
CONTROLS AND MAINTENANCE
The pneumatic scissor lift does not require any special maintenance. A simple periodic visula control
is recommended in order to prevent any breakdown or failure during use. If a check up is needed, it
must be done with no-load. Check regularly that air ballon is not damaged. If so, you will need to
replace them. Clean the pneumatic balloon jack at least once a week in order to eliminate all the dust
and dirt which could alter the function of the product on the long term. Use auto cleaning cloths. Do
not use any water nor flammable or corrosive liquids. Repairs must be done only by a qualified
person. Spare parts of total are available from manufacture. Any product which looks damage, is not
working properly or with missing items, must be put out of service as soon as possible. Do not use the
product if some parts are broken, bent or damaged.
SAFTEY AREA
For an optimal safety, it is recommended to make sure that no other objects or walls in the safety
area. Any handling work must be done with care from the operator. Nobody must be stand in the
safety area. In order to secure the operator, the command remote box must be situated at a distance
where the operator can get away easily in case of emergency.
INDIVIDUAL PROTECTION
The operator must be equipped following prevention standards and must take the necessary actions
to maintain safety. During manoeuvres, the operator must protect his safety and people safety. The
operator must take into consideration all the recommendations quoted in this manual.
PNEUMATIC SYSTEM CHECK
Make sure that the working pressure corresponds to that specified in the chapter "Technical data".
Connect the hose from the compressed air source to the jack.
Check the system for air leakage.
