Maintenance and cleaning
Attention! Dangerous electrical voltage.
Possible consequences: Death or severe injury.
Protective measures:
• Electrical units and installations with a rated voltage of U > 12 V AC or U >30 V DC located in the water:
Isolate the units and installations (switch off and disconnect from the power supply) before reaching into the
water.
• Isolate the unit before starting any work.
• Secure the unit to prevent unintentional switching on.
Cleaning the air filter
How to proceed:
3.
0.
E
1. Remove the filter holder from the top section of the housing with the aid of a screwdriver.
2. Remove and shake out the filter fleece or replace if necessary.
3. Push the filter fleece into the filter holder.
− Pay attention to the O ring as it holds the filter holder in the housing.
4. Reassemble the unit in the reverse order.
Replace membranes
An aerator motor is located under the aerator housing. If the delivery rate of the aerator pump decreases, it is necessa-
ry to replace the two membranes. To do this it is necessary to open the housing and remove the aerator motor.
Note!
• Never operate the unit with defective membranes.
• Always replace both membranes even when only one membrane is defective. The procedure is identical for
both membranes.
• Please contact your specialist dealer if you do not wish to undertake the replacement yourself.
