1. Attach wheels (10) to bottom
plate (1).
3. Connect 4 upper supports (5) to the lower supports (6) with screw (18), then fix
the upper plate (4) with screws (18)

2. Connect and fix 4 x lower support (6)
to the bottom plate (1) and middle plate
(3) with screws (19).
