Possible causes
The drive is in thermal
protection mode. LED Red
= ON then lights OFF.
The control point battery is
low. LED doesn't light
when any button of a
paired control point is
pressed.
The drive battery is low and
requires charge. Red LED
blinks 5 times when any
button of a paired control
point is pressed.
RTS radio is deactivated.
LED doesn't light when any
button of a paired control
point is pressed.
An obstacle hinders the
movement of the
motorised product. The
Red LED lights fixed on.
The drive battery is low and
requires charge. Red LED
blinks 5 times when any

point is pressed.
Solutions
Wait for the drive to cool
down.
Check the control point
battery and replace it as
required.
Charge the battery.
Press the drive
programming button
referring to Disabling/
Activating "RTS" radio
technology when control
point is definitively
programmed [} 21].
Remove the obstacle.
Charge the battery.
