on the tool identification plate, followed the serial number) and whose function is "A machine consisting of a
water pump itself and the driving system. Water pump means a machine for the raising of water from a lower
to a higher energy level."comply with all the requirements stated by the Directive 2006/95/Ec Of The European
Parliament And Of The Council Of 12 December 2006 On The Harmonisation Of The Laws Of Member States
