Cause
1. Too few nails in the magazine.
2. Workpiece contact element is
jammed.
1. Depth of drive isn't deep
enough.
2. Nail is too long for wood
hardness.
1. Depth of drive is too deep.
1. Incorrect nails.
2. Damaged nails.
3. Dirty magazine.
1. Driving mechanism is dirty.
1. The bolts securing the magazine
are loose.
Tighten these
bolts if needed
Remedy
1. Reload the magazine with
nails.
2. Remove the battery pack
and clear debris.
1. Adjust the depth of drive.
2. Use the nail length that is
appropriate for the wood
type.
1. Adjust the depth of drive.
1. Verify that the nails are of
correct size.
2. Replace nails.
3. Clean the magazine.
1. Clean the nail channel
as described in the
'Maintenance' section of the
manual.
1. Tighten the loose bolts
with the two hex keys
(included). See Fig. 11.
