8. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
•Do stubborn stains need to be treated?
We recommend that you continue to treat the stains
in the same way as before. However, for regular soiled
laundry, it is not necessary to add any detergent.
•Does the unit work with all types of water?
The unit will work with any normal domestic water quali-
ty, but the better the water quality, the better the results
you will get. If water quality is hard, we recommend a
water softener; removing chlorine will also improve the
performance of the unit.
•Is a pre-filter required?
Unit does not require a pre-filter, although we do re-
commend the use of one in all applications. If your wa-
ter has a high iron content, we suggest to use a pre-filter
specifically designed to remove iron.
•What types of washing machines can work with the
unit?
Dual Tech can be used with any domestic washing ma-
chine.
•How often does the Mineralisation filter need to be
changed?
The mineralisation filter contained in the Dual Teach is
designed to remove moisture from the air flowing insi-
de, helping to ensure optimum performance and life of
the device. Filter is located on the left side and can be
seen through the vertical window; when it turns pink, it
must be replaced. Please contact your dealer to purcha-
se a replacement.
If, after a while, you notice a decrease in the effective-
ness of the unit, contact your dealer or contact technical
support. Any pre-filter that may be used together with
your unit should be replaced according to your manu-
facturer's recommended time/use schedule.
