Where does the camera save video recordings?
The video recordings are saved on the micro SD card (max. 128Gb)
installed in the camera. The micro SD card is purchased separately.
Also, recordings can be saved in the Cloud (paid service).
How do I proceed if I forgot the camera password?
If you forgot the password, reset the camera by pressing the Reset button
next to the micro SD card slot and adding it again to the application.
How do I proceed if the camera status is Offline?
1. First check the power supply of the surveillance camera.
2. Turn off the power and power the camera again.
3. Reset the camera by pressing the Reset button located next to the
micro SD card slot.
