Correct hand position before pipetting
a. Hold the instrument horizontally.
b. Push back the O-Ring from the venting button.
Attaching the pipette
Never attach filled pipettes:

Risk of contamination and infection.

Wear protective gloves.

breakage when fitting the pipette.
