Include the children in noise abatement.

Separate the children into smaller groups.
3.
Take the children outside as often as possible.
4.
Buy toys that make as little noise as possible.
5.
Make sure that there are soft mats available for playing
with building bricks/jigsaws on.

Use ear-plugs – there are some on the market that
won't spoil the way you experience the music.
2.
Limit the amount of time spent in areas with loud noise.
At 100 dB(A) it is recommended not to spend more
than 15 minutes.
3.
Temporary hearing damage (e.g. ringing sound, partial
loss of hearing) after listening to live music means that
the noise level was too high. The damage can become
permanent if repeated too many times!
