After installation, please keep the machine vertical. Tilted or angled
may cause oil overflow, which will contaminate equipment circuit.
Don't modify, disassemble or try to repair the machine. If the machine has
any malfunctions, please contact us.
EQUIPMENT CLEANING:
The machine needs to be cleaned when below situations happen:
You're about to change to another oil.
The machine diffusion volume becomes weak.
Cleaning steps:
Find a clean bottle and fill it with cleaning alcohol.
Install the bottle into the machine and turn the machine on.
Let it work for 15 minutes to 9 intensity.
Turn off the machine and remove the alcohol.

TROUBLESHOOTING:
Before reporting a malfunction or sending the machine for service, please
try to diagnose and, if possible, solve the problem by following the table
below.

SOLUTION
1. Check if the power is ON or OFF.
2. The pump is damaged and needs
replacing.
3. There is no diffusion or it's weak,
replace the oil with alcohol and run
it through the machine for 15 min-
utes.
1. Atomization head is blocked. Clean
diffuser by running alcohol through
it. Or replace diffuser core.
2. The core's straw is misplaced or
damaged. Install it properly or re-
place with a new one.
3. Pump is damaged and may need
replacing.
1. Diffuser core is damaged. Replace
diffuser core.
2. Machine is tilted or angled. Make
sure the machine is upright all the
time.
1. Bottle is loose. Screw it properly
and straight.
2. Seal is broken or missing. Replace
with a new one.
1. Pump is loose or damaged. Tighten
the pump or replace.
1. Make sure the power is ON.
2. Check the plug for damage. Try
another outlet. If plug is damaged,
please replace it.
3. Display screen is damaged. Re-
place it.
