OPERATION - General
The mixer is intended only for domestic use, not for professional use.
1. Pulse button

OPERATION - Using for the first time
1. Take the appliance out of the packaging including the plastic protection of the stainless steel blades.
2. Clean the appliance (see 'Cleaning and maintenance').
OPERATION
1. Fit the stainless steel blade (4,5) to the separate drive shaft (7) of the bowl (6).
2. Add all ingredients.
3. Fit the anti-splash lid (3) to the bowl.
4. Fit the motor unit (2) to the anti-splash lid and rotate until the it falls into the
recesses of the anti-splash lid.
5. Connect the appliance (9) to the wall socket.
6. Press the pulse button (1) shortly, repeat this untill you have the result you would like to have.
ATTENTION:
The chopper is fitted with a safeguard: the appliance won't work without the anti-splash lid.
Never use the device for longer than 15 seconds. Then wait 15 seconds before turning on the device
again.
TIPS
Optionally add the second stainless steel chopping knife for a fine result.
The pulse switch only works if you hold the switch in this position.
Cut the ingredients into small pieces before filling the bowl.
Do not chop hard ingredients, such as coffee beans, nutmeg and ice cubes.
If the ingredients stick to the knife or inside the work bowl, turn the machine off and remove the lid.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Fill the bowl with warm water and fit the blade, anti-splash lid and motor unit.
2. Press the pulse button shortly
3. Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth, if necessary moistened with a couple of drops of washing-up
liquid. After cleaning, dry the motor unit thoroughly.
4. Store the mixer.
TIPS
The chopping knives and bowl are dishwasher-safe, these parts must be placed at the top of the
dishwasher be placed.
Rinse all parts thoroughly to remove all soap residues and dry them thoroughly.
Clean the bowl after each use.
Some foods, such as beetroot and carrots, can cause discoloration of the plastic parts of the appliance.
Clean these parts with cooking oil.
Never use corrosive or scouring cleaning agents or sharp objects (such as knives or hard brushes)to
clean the appliance.
Do not immerse the motor unit in water, or in other liquids.
