TROUBLESHOOTING
This device integrates a default management system. In the event of a default, error messages may be displayed.
Error code
Thermal protection
Mains voltage default.
Cooling liquid supply
default.
Cooling liquid flow default.
Hardware Error.
WARRANTY
The warranty covers faulty workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase (parts and labour).
The warranty does not cover:
• Transit damage.
• Normal wear of parts (eg. : cables, clamps, etc..).
• Damages due to misuse (power supply error, dropping of equipment, disassembling).
• Environment related failures (pollution, rust, dust).
In case of failure, return the unit to your distributor together with:
- The proof of purchase (receipt etc ...)
- A description of the fault reported

JBDC declares on our own responsibility that the product IMS TITAN 400 DC TRI is manufactured in conformity with the following directives :
• Directive 2014/35/EU, Low Voltage, of 2014.02.26
• Directive 2014/30/EU, EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), of 2014.02.26
• Directive 2011/65/EU, RoHS2, of 2011.06.08
And as a consequence are in compliance with the harmonized standards :
• EN 60974-1 : 2012
• EN 50445 : 2008
• IEC 60974-10 : 2014 + A1 : 2015
• EN 60974-3 : 2014
• EN 50581 : 2012
IMS TITAN 400 DC
Meaning
• Maximum duty cycle rea-
ched.
• Air vents blocked.
Mains power is out of range or
one phase is missing.
Cooling liquid below the mini-
mum level.
The debit is below the recom-
mended minimum level for
water cooled torches.
Equipment problem.
CAUSES
• Wait for the thermal indicator light to turn off before
resuming.
• Pay attention to the duty cycle and make sure the air
flows.
• The of the optional anti-dust filter (ref. 046580) reduces
the duty cycle of the machine.
Have your mains supply controlled by a qualified engineer.
The voltage between the different phases
must be between 340Veff and 460Veff.
Fill the cooling unit's tank.
Check the continuity of the circulation of the
cooling liquid in the torch.
Contact your distributor.
