About this operating instructions
Before using the CasaFan fan, read the operating instructions carefully. Keep the ope-
rating instructions within reach. Never pass the fan onto another person without the
operating instructions.
Explanation of symbols:
Warning:
Dangerous electric voltage
Warns the user of the danger to
the life an health due to electrical
voltage.
Intended use: The fan is used to circulate room air in compliance with the technical data
and safety instructions in offices and homes.
Improper use: The use in machines, outdoors, in garages and in wet rooms or rooms at risk
of fire and explosion is not permitted. Modifications to the device are not permitted.
Residual dangers: There is a risk of injury due to dust or objects whirled up in the air flow
of the fan!

- Check the package contents for completeness (see picture
overview page 2).
- Check unit parts and plastic impeller for visible
transport damage and cracks.
In the event of damage, do not operate the unit!
- Use a stable and level surface.
- Mount the fan as shown in the figures 1 - 15.
- Switch on the fan at the switch
- If you do not use the unit for a longer period of time, be sure
to unplug it from the mains.
Maintenance/cleaning notes
Warning: Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance work, remove the plug or
switch off the electrical equipment from mains!
The removal of the plug has to be such that an operator can check from any of the points

to which he has access that the plug remains removed.
