Question/Problem - Cause
Causa
The chain does not turn:
• RCheck that the brake lever is not engaged;
The guide bar and chain overheat:
• Lack of oil in the tank;
• Over tensioned chain;
Chain brake lever does not work:
• Faulty mechanism;
The electric chainsaw does not cut well:
• The chain is loose;
• The chain is worn out;
• The chain is damaged;
Solution
• Pull it towards the motor;
• Fill;
• Loosen a little;
• Call an authorized service center;
• Adjust the chain tension;
• Sharpen the chain or replace it;
• Replace it;
