2- Turn the knob clockwise from the ON / OFF
position (on the left) to the MAX power (far right).
The green indicator light (on the left) will remain on,
while the red indicator light (on the right) will be off.
3.- Place the crepe mixture on the hot plate, spreading it with the special
T-shaped wooden spreader. To move and turn the crepe over, use the special
wooden spatula.
4- Once cooking is finished, the red indicator light (on the right) will turn on.
5- The red indicator light will turn off immediately after: with the indicator off,
the new crepes cooking cycle begins.

N.B. -the temperature adjustment knob corresponds to several levels: the
cooking cycle at maximum temperature is less than one minute. At
medium-minimum temperature, the cooking cycle takes between 2 and 3
minutes.
6- Remove the crepe using the special wooden spatula.
7- To prepare more crepes, repeat the above operations for the desired
quantity.
