The scales are designed for household use only,not to be used for commercial purposes.
Weighing Opera on
1. Insert the ba ery into the ba ery compartment with correct polarity.
2. Place the scale on a fi rm, fl at and even surface to ensure accuracy.
3. Press the pla orm centre and remove your foot.
4. "0.0" will be displayed
5. The scale will switch off and now it is ready for use.
6. Step on the scale´s pla orm to switch on the product, stand s ll while the scales compute your weight.
7. Touch  or  to change unit ( kg, lb, or st)
8. Your weight will be displayed and will fl ash twice before it is fi xed.
9. When you step off the scale it will automa cally switch off a er 8 seconds.
10. If no weigh ng is carried out while 0.0 is displayed the scale will automa cally switch off a er 8 seconds.
Remarks: This ini alisa on process (3-4) as below must be repeated if the scale is moved. At all other
mes step straight on the scale.
Body Fat Measurement
In order to ensure accurate results users should enter the required personal parameters: age, sex and
height.
These scales have the facility to store the personal parameters of 10 people.
