13. Trouble-shooting
Liquid is leaking between the
ejection tube unit and the valve
Liquid is leaking at the
recirculation valve (backside of
the unit)
Unit is aspirates in air
Delivered volume is
incorrect
- Ejection unit is loose or
damaged
- Wrong ejection unit is used
- Recirculation valve is loose
- Stopcock is loose
- Unit is not primed
- Suction tube is loose
- Suction tube or union nut
damaged
- Ejection unit loose or damaged
- Suction tube loose or damaged
- Suction, ejection valves loose
or damaged
- Mount the original ejection unit correctly
(see point 6.2).
- Use only the original ejection unit.
- Tighten the recirculation valve with the
assembly wrench.
- Tighten the nut of the stopcock.
- Prime the unit (see point 7.2).
- Tighten the suction tube (see point 6.1).
- Replace original suction tube (see
accessories spare parts point 15).
- Install a genuine ejection unit correctly
(see point 6.2).
- Tighten the suction tube (see point 6.1).
- Tighten the valves with the assembly
wrench.
- Clean the unit (see point 8.1).
- If necessary, change the valve (see
point 10).
