If, despite these steps, the problem is not resolved:

sales receipt/invoice.
The warranty is set at 2 years* minimum after the purchase of
the new appliance, and covers the costs of shipments home,
on-site work and spare parts.
* Excluding the peace of mind warranty or extended warranty.

cover any defects and consequences of defects resulting
from servicing and/or repairs to the product performed
by the user or a non-professional third party.
