When the hob is locked, all touch icons are disabled except the on/off icon for possible
emergency shutdown. Should it be the case, it will be necessary to unlock the icons
upon switching the hob back on.
Using the timer:
The timer can be used in two ways:
It can be used as a timer. In this case, no cooking zone will be switched off once time
-
elapses.
You can use it as an automatic timer to switch off one or more cooking zones after the
-
time has elapsed.
The timer can be set for up to 99 minutes.
Make sure the induction hob is switched on. Also, that the cooking
zone icon is not selected (the '-' zone indicator does not flash).
Note: you can set the timer before or after the end of the cooking
zone power setting.
Press the timer icon. "10" will appear on the timer display and "0"
will flash.
Adjust the time using the slider
Press the timer icon again, this time the "1" will flash.
Adjust the time using the slider
Once time is confirmed, the countdown will start automatically. The
display will show the remaining time at each hour.
When the countdown is finished, it will beep for 30 seconds, and
the timer display will show "- -".
Use of the timer to turn off one or more cooking zones:
Press the icon of the cooking zone in which you want to set the
timer.
