STEPLESS SPEED REGULATOR & PULSE SPEED
After installing the parts you need, turn on the stepless speed regulator to start the operation.
To adjust speed, turn the knob accordingly.
The pulse switch can also be used.
Use pulse switch for faster speed. Stop the pulse switch to stop the motor.
USING THE KNIFE BLADE
The 2 knife blades (Plastic Knife Blade and Stainless Steel Knife Blade) could be the most versatile
of all the attachments. The length of the processing time is different base on different food. For co-
arser foods use the pulse control.
Use the 2 knife blades for cake and pastry making, chopping raw and cooked meat, vegetables,
nuts, pate, dips, pureeing soups and to also make crumbs from biscuits and bread.
For Stainless Steel Knife Blade: Do not use continuously for more than 3 minutes. Allow the motor
to cool before the next operation. Before processing, cut the meat into small pieces. Never put more
than 500g of meat into the container.
Do not use the stainless steel knife blade for mixing flour.
For Plastic Knife Blade: Do not use continuously for more than 2 minutes. Allow the motor to cool
before the next operation.
* Always put the blade in the bowl before you start to add the ingredients.
* If you chop onions, use the pulse function a few times to prevent the onions from being too finely
chopped.
* Do not let the appliance run too long when you chop (hard) cheese or chocolate. Otherwise these
ingredients become too hot, start to melt and turn lumpy.
