BRAKE MAINTENANCE
The front and rear brake cables can stretch. Tighten the nuts on the threaded end of the cable
and adjust the cables. If braking performance decreases, check the brake pads. If necessary,
clean them with sandpaper. If the brake pads are worn, replace them. If the brake cable is
stretched so far that there are no more threads at the end, unscrew the lever and move it away
from the cable.
IGNITION KEY
ON/OFF/LOCK:
1. The electric scooter is turned {ON}. Start only when you are ready to drive. Turn it off when
the electric scooter is no longer in motion and remove the key.
2. The electric scooter is switched off {OFF}. Turn it off whenever you're not using it to save
battery.
3. Insert the key into the ignition, push and turn it to the left to lock the handlebars.
4. Handlebars are locked. The key can be removed.

MAKE SURE THE THROTTLE IS NOT IN THE "ON" POSITION {ON)!!!
ALSO MAKE SURE THE THROTTLE RETURNS FREELY TO THE
ORIGINAL POSITION. REFER TO PICTURE TO ENSURE CORRECT
LEVER POSITION BEFORE STARTING.
