Disposal of old appliances
(Only for EU countries)
This appliance is labelled in accordance with the European Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electri-
cal and electronic equipment (WEEE). The directive provides the framework for the EU-wide take-
back and recycling of waste equipment.
As a manufacturer, we ensure environmentally
sound treatment and recycling of old appliances
within the scope of product responsibility. For fur-
ther information on collection and disposal, plea-
se contact your local authority, city council or your
(specialist) dealer. Already during the develop-
ment of new appliances, we pay attention to a

Cut the connection cable and remove it with the mains plug.

Do not remove trays and containers to make it difficult for children to

Refrigeration appliances contain refrigerants and gases in the insulation. Refrige-
rants and gases must be disposed of properly. Do not damage the refrigerant circuit
pipes until they have been properly disposed of.
