In its effort to develop its products, the manufacturer reserves the
right to make changes to the features specified in this literature at
any time it sees fit. Customers are therefore advised to seek
confirmation of published figures. The manufacturer's liability for
damages resulting from product defects "may be reduced or waived
(...) when the damage is attributable jointly to a product defect and
the responsibility of the person sustaining the damage or of a third
party for whom the damaged party is responsible." (Article 8, 85/
374/EEC)

In ragione dell'evoluzione delle normative e dei prodotti, l'azienda si
riserva di modificare in qualunque momento le caratteristiche di pro-
dotto descritte in questa pubblicazione, che vanno quindi sempre
preventivamente verificate. La responsabilità del produttore per danni
causati da difetti del prodotto "può essere ridotta o soppressa (...)
quando il danno è provocato congiuntamente da un difetto del pro-
dotto e per colpa del danneggiato o di una persona di cui il danneg-
