9. Assembly and disassembly
The pump has no separate parts that require assembly. If the pump needs to be disassembled for various reasons, the
Buyer should contact the dealer. Violation of this recommendation will void the warranty, except in the case of
replacement of the end seal.
10. Preparation for work
Reverse the direction of rotation of the motor. The impeller must rotate according to the arrow indicated on
the pump housing.
10.1. Electrical connection
Avoid getting water on the pump while connecting the wires. Electrical connections must be made by a
qualified specialist. It is recommended to connect a 0.03A differential switch.
WARNING!
- Use only a cable that complies with current regulations and has the appropriate cross-section
(according to chapter 6).
- The cable must beconnected to the terminal box according to the diagram.

The electrical system must have effective grounding inin accordance with current regulations.
The installer must check for effective grounding.
10.2. Wire connection
The three-phase model does not have a built-in thermal protection, the installer must install the thermal protection himself.
The pump must be connected to electricity using an electrical panel with a switch, fuses, and thermal protection in
accordance with the current consumption. Follow these steps:
a) Remove the terminal box cover by loosening the screws. b)
Insert the cable through the hole in the terminal box.
c) Connect the yellow-green cable to the ground terminal (2).
d) Connect the neutral of the phase as shown in the diagram on the terminal box cover.
e) Using jumpers, set the type of connection (star or delta) according to
data on the diagram on the cover of the terminal box.
f) Fasten the cable to the terminal box with a clip. g)
Screw the cover of the terminal box.
10.3. Pump bay
WARNING!
This operation must be done with the terminal box closed. Before switching on, it is necessary to fill the pump
with water (the pumped liquid).
10.4. Regulation
Check the tightness of the system. Make sure that the system does not vibrate or make noise during
operation, there are no large variations in pressure and current consumption. If these phenomena are
observed, see section 12.
11. Launch and operation
NEVER run the pump without water, as running the pump without water can seriously damage the pump.
Before the first start, after draining the water, it is MANDATORY to manually turn the shaft 5-6 revolutions.
