BATTERY ERROR INDICATIONS
Your Bixpy PP-768 offers an incredibly simple user interface and the product is made to run your motors with
as little effort as possible.
In most cases if your battery is not running your motor, it has to do with the connection point. Always check
your connectors for a good secure mating and always check your connectors prior to mating to ensure the
pins are not damaged.
Aside from that, in most other cases, if you are having trouble with your product, the easiest thing is to
contact our support line for assistance.
Below are the most common events you may encounter with your device and some simple troubleshooting
suggestions.

TROUBLESHOOT/RESOLUTION
Reset the battery with kill switch. Unjam the
motor, try running motor again.
Reset the battery with kill switch. Check cable
and connectors on motor and battery side for
damage. Reconnect the motor and try again. If
not resolved, contact Bixpy.
