Sudden surge in pressure during start-up!
If no SSU filling unit is used, the system will suddenly be
under pressure during start-up. This could cause
dangerous and sudden cylinder movements.
O When starting up a system without the SSU filling
unit, make sure that the cylinders are in their end
position. For cylinders not in the end position, make
sure they do not present any danger.

Flange mounting (only with DIL distributor/
narrow; not with NL1)
1. Remove the blanking screw (a).
2. Insert the O-ring (b) into the sealing groove (c).
3. Mount the pressure sensor (d) onto the flange and
tighten it.

Pipe connection
1. Remove the blanking screw (a).
2. Mount the seals (d) onto the double nipple (b).
3. Screw the pressure sensor (e) onto the double nipple.

Cleaning and servicing

Seal all openings with suitable protective caps to
prevent detergents from penetrating the system.

Never use solvents or strong detergents. Only clean
the product using a slightly damp cloth. Only use water
and, if necessary, a mild detergent.

Do not use high-pressure cleaners for cleaning.

Do not use compressed air for cleaning (blowing off)
maintenance units or maintenance devices.

Decommissioning,
Disassembly, Exchange
Danger of injury if disassembled or exchanged under
pressure or voltage!
Disassembly or exchange when under pressure or
electrical voltage can lead to injuries and damage to the
product or the system components.
O Make sure that the relevant system part is not under
pressure or voltage before disassembling the
product or exchanging parts.
O Protect the system against being switched on.

Scrap the device and fluid in accordance with local
regulations.
