5.0 Recognizing and eliminating faults

Please note: The drawers can be closed and opened manually like conventional
drawers at any time – even when the system is idle.
It is often helpful to cut the power to the system. Wait 10 seconds before you
restore power.
In furniture that extends around a corner, the drawers of one carcass are blok-
ked if a drawer of the other carcass is open.

5. 1 Faults, causes, remedies

Fault
Only one drawer (per
power unit) opens
A drawer does not open
Cause
The system has not been
configured.
A drawer above or below the
drawer in question is less
than 3 cm open.
The drawer was touched so
lightly that it did not open.
Another touch is not suffi-
cient to trigger the move-
ment.
Remedy
Configure the system (see
the description of the configu-
ration in the assembly instruc-
tions).
Open the drawer farther or
close it.
Open the drawer by pulling
at the handle or at the
underside of the front panel.
Open the drawers below, if
desired.
