Fault
A drawer does not open
and close
Several or all drawers
of
a carcass do not open
and close
None of the drawers of
a carcass open
Cause
The connector is not contac-
ted.
The drive is defective.
The connector at one of the
drives is not contacted.
A drawer connection cable
(vertical cable) is defective.
One or several drives are
defective.
The horizontal cable leading
to the non-functional carcass
is not contacted.
The horizontal cable leading
to the non-functional carcass
is defective.
The distributor of the non-
functional carcass nearest to
the power unit is defective.
Remedy
Check the connectors for
correct fit, see "Checking
the connectors" (chapter
5.2).
Have the carcass rail repai-
red by an authorized expert.
Check all connectors of the
carcass for correct fit, see
"Checking the connectors"
(chapter 5.2).
Have the cable replaced by
an authorized expert.
Have the carcass rails repla-
ced by an authorized expert.
Check the connectors for
correct fit, see "Checking
the connectors" (chapter

Have the cable replaced by
an authorized expert.
Have the distributor repaired
by an authorized expert.
